How do I log my pedometer steps count into the website?

At the beginning of each day, zero-out your pedometer and then check the number of steps you have walked at the end the day. Click on the tab "Walking" and type in your day and evening steps count. A monthly summary of your total mileage from all steps entered (approximately 4 miles equals 10,000 steps) is displayed at the bottom of your account page.

How do I log my swimming laps into the website?

Swimmers should select the "front crawl" or freestyle stroke as the primary stroke, unless otherwise swimming more advanced strokes. After selecting the type of stroke, type in the number of laps (length of the pool from end to end), and add specifically the length of the pool in “yards” (Olympic sized pools are 54.7 yards). The distance will be calculated for you, converted to miles and added to your overall mileage. Swimmers receive an automatic 10 points in the points challenge with each entry.
